The Wine Compass
The concept was born in January 2023. After having worked for 5 years as a sommelier and wine importer in London, Matthieu came back to his native Burgundy, with the intention of making the locals discover the wines from abroad, and of making visitors from everywhere understand the wines of his beloved region! The Burgundy wine selection is carefully curated, focusing on lesser known places and estates: the better values. Matthieu is an official Burgundy vineyards’ “climats” Ambassador.
